Louisiana-headquartered Proforma Key Solutions (asi/490541), an affiliate of Top 40 distributor Proforma (asi/300094), has acquired Gulf Breeze, FL-based Breeze Promotions. Financial terms of the deal between the privately held promo distributorships were not released.

Co-owned by Yvette Hymel and Rachel Zabala, Proforma Key Solutions is part of Proforma’s Multi-Million-Dollar Club and has been in business for nearly 20 years. The owners said this acquisition will help them build on that success by strengthening Proforma Key Solutions’ offerings and expanding its customer base.

“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we are excited about the possibilities it presents for our continued growth,” Hymel said.

Proforma Key Solutions has outlined plans to make additional acquisitions in the coming year, executives said.

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $620 million, Proforma ranked fifth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
