Remind local restaurants, bars and breweries that this is an ideal opportunity to promote their products, services and special events.
PITCH: Suggest that breweries distribute reusable coasters to guests this day, and also offer special edition branded glassware for purchase.
Aug. 4/National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day
This sweet observance is perfect for promoting bakeries and cafés, as well as reminding hardworking employees how much they’re appreciated.

Let local spas, nail salons and masseuses know that this late summer holiday is ideal for promoting their services.
PITCH: Businesses will need signage and can also give out spa-related items to customers this day.

This day is set aside to recognize the many contributions that nonprofits make to the betterment of society, and the hard work of their employees and volunteers.
PITCH: Propose that local nonprofits thank their staff and volunteers with branded apparel, like eco-friendly quarter-zips.
SBHD: Aug. 30/National Beach Day
Beach destinations can encourage visitors in late summer with this observance, set aside to acknowledge the beauty of America’s beaches and the importance of keeping them clean for people and animals alike.
PITCH: Visitors centers can sell branded items to welcome patrons who are sure to appreciate an eco-friendly element.
