Counselor Top 40 distributor ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515) has introduced a refreshed brand identity and a fully redesigned website, marking a new phase of digital investment for the St. Cloud, MN-based distributor.
The launch coincides with the company’s March 1998 founding anniversary and Women’s History Month – timing that also highlights ePromos’ status as a Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)-certified women-owned business.

ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515) introduced a refreshed brand logo and redesigned website.
Central to the rebrand is a stylized “e” logo made of two overlapping circles, which the company said symbolizes partnership between brands and the teams that help bring their ideas to life. The company chose forest green as the primary brand color for the updated logo, aiming to reflect sustainability, long-term growth and the company’s focus on responsible sourcing.
The brand platform also introduced a new theme – “The Power of a Real Promos Partner” – to reinforce the distributor’s role as an extension of client teams rather than a traditional vendor. The concept is organized around three pillars: Real Style, highlighting modern merchandising and product presentation; Real Purpose, emphasizing ESG-aligned sourcing and the company’s women-owned status; and Real Partnership, focused on collaboration with clients from ideation through delivery.
“Our clients don’t just need promo; they need a partner who understands their brand and the pressure to get it right,” said Todd Bold, chief revenue officer at ePromos. “From curated collections to complex campaigns, we’re making it easier to move from brief to breakthrough.”
Launching alongside the rebrand is a new version of the website, designed with a faster, mobile-first interface and tools intended to streamline the purchasing process.
Among the upgrades are curated product collections, an enhanced product finder with advanced filters for audience, and a real-time product customizer that allows users to upload logos and preview designs before placing orders. The platform also includes expanded planning resources, such as catalogs, a company blog and features that allow teams to save favorites and collaborate on product selections.
“This is more than a new website – it’s a statement about who we are and where we’re going,” said Christine Puglisi, chief marketing officer and co-owner of ePromos. “Our new experience brings inspiration, strategy and technology together so brands can rep what they love with more style, purpose and impact.”
Company leaders said the digital overhaul reflects a broader technology road map focused on data-driven merchandising and personalization.
“We were founded to disrupt a century-old industry through innovation and technology, and this launch marks our next chapter,” said David Jackson, chief technology officer. “Our scalable platform features smarter search, richer data and continuously improving tools.”
As part of the announcement, company leadership also emphasized the significance of its women-owned status. Certification through the WBENC verifies that a company is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by women following a detailed review process.
“As one of the largest women-owned agencies in our industry, we recognize both the responsibility and the opportunity that comes with that distinction,” said Marc Puglisi, CEO and co-owner. “This platform honors the brand our clients trust while positioning us for continued growth, innovation and impact.”
With $58 million in North American promotional products revenue in 2024, ePromos ranked 33rd on Counselor’s most recent list of top distributors.
