Pin Machine Acquires Emblematic Jewelry Supplier PinLine

Attleboro, MA-based supplier Pin Machine (asi/78133) has acquired Warwick, RI-based emblematic jewelry supplier PinLine. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to a spokesperson at Pin Machine, PinLine will now operate under the Pin Machine name and branding. Its production capabilities will add extensive stock to Pin Machine’s catalog, as well as enhance its current offerings. Pin Machine said the deal will augment its domestic products with its Made-in-USA offerings.
“PinLine was a natural fit for what we do best: It allows us to deliver high-quality products for our customers for any timeline or price point,” said Tommy Romero, partner at Pin Machine. “We’re excited to strengthen our USA-made production during a time of global uncertainty.”
David Wehr, president of PinLine, will continue to be involved in operations and oversee the integration between the two companies.
Pin Machine specializes in products like lapel pins, coins, award medals, keytags, belt buckles and bottle openers. In 2023, the supplier acquired Gempire, which carries beverage accessories, coasters and bookmarks. PinLine supplies many of these products, as well as ornaments, dog tags and wine charms.
